All designs must be submitted at 22.5 x 36 inches in size with a PNG format and a clear (transparent) background.Only files that meet these requirements will be accepted.

Shipping & Pickup Policy

Same-Day Shipping:

Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Next-Day Pickup:

Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be ready for pickup the following day.

All pickup orders must be collected by 5:00 PM on the scheduled pickup day.
